Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry through this website, we collect the information you choose to provide: both partners’ names, email address, phone number, preferred way to be contacted, wedding date, venue or city, guest estimate, the events and services you are interested in, your priorities and anything else you write to us.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server records, such as the pages requested, the time of the request, the browser used and the network address it came from. These records are used to keep the website running and secure.

Where your inquiry goes

The inquiry form is delivered by Google Forms. When you submit it, your answers are sent to Google and stored in a Google Sheet owned by The Blissful Beginning. The Blissful Beginning receives an email notification, and you receive a confirmation email. Google processes this information as our service provider under its own terms.

Your answers are sent in the body of a secure request over HTTPS. They are never placed in a web address, and they are never sent to analytics.

How we use your information

Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate the planning services you have requested and to prepare for a conversation with you. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers named on this page, or where we are required to by law.

If you ask us to explore our sister brands, Fine Art Production or Glam Aura by Chirali, we share only what is needed for that introduction.

Spam protection

The form carries a hidden field that people do not see and a check on how quickly the form was completed. Both are used only to identify automated submissions. We do not use a CAPTCHA and we do not profile visitors.

Analytics and cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and currently loads no third-party analytics. If analytics is added later, it will record the action taken, such as an inquiry being submitted, and never the content of what you wrote.

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives the network address of your device in order to deliver them. The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy terms. There are no advertising tools, no maps and no social tracking pixels on this site.

What not to send us here

Please do not include private guest lists, payment or card information, identification documents or other sensitive personal details in the website form. If information of that kind is needed, we will arrange a secure way to share it.

Retention

Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Client information

Planning documents such as guest lists, rooming lists and transportation manifests are never published on public web addresses. Access to client planning information is limited to the team members and vendors who need it for the agreed purpose.

Permission before publication

We obtain permission from the couple or family before publishing client names, images, testimonials or wedding stories.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the details below and we will respond.
