With nearly 25 years of relationships within the wedding industry, we understand much more than what needs to happen on the wedding day.
Our planning process is built around preparation. We work toward completing your master wedding timeline weeks before the celebration, then create information specifically for your family, planning team, venue, photographer, cinematographer, DJ, decorator, caterer, hair and makeup artists, transportation team, priest or officiant, and other key vendors.
We review vendor responsibilities, identify gaps before they become problems, assist with contract terms and negotiations, coordinate logistics, organize guest communication, and make sure everyone understands exactly what is expected.
By the time your wedding weekend arrives, the goal is simple: you should be celebrating — not managing your wedding.
